You can edit 360 4K video fine using Final Cut Pro X and Premiere Pro 20, but none of them export the Spatial Audio audio correctly (Adobe calls it Ambisonics 4.0 audio) Premiere Pro version 14 and Premiere Pro beta do export the audio correctly. I use the Ricoh Theta V 360 4K with Spatial Audio (4 mics/tracks) camera.
